Call time is deducted in three minute increments. Expires 90 Days after first call. Taxes and maintenance fees may apply. Posted minutes based on one time use before maintenance and taxes. A semi monthly maintenance of $.59 may apply. Directory assistance and cellular calls may be charged at a higher rate. A $.59 surcharge applies for all calls made from a payphone. The above surcharges and fees may affect the total minutes on the card. Rates are subject to change without notice. Prices and fees are effective July 8, 2005. Network services provided by AT & USSC.
